ABOUT THE ROOM:
Furnished double room in a terraced house in Grangetown! Very close to Cardiff central. Bills included.

House has a large kitchen and living space and a cute garden. Residents parking on the street outside.

Can be unfurnished if required.

ABOUT ME:
I work at UHW and do quite long and irregular hours so am often out but when I'm home I like swing dancing, climbing and big walks. I also run a little cinema club in the living room every month or so you'd be welcome to join! I am moderately tidy (clean but sometimes cups of tea left in unusual locations) and respectful of other people's space. I like having friends over but I'm not really a party person. I'd like to find a housemate who'd be up for living in a friendly-feeling kind of home!

I love speaking other languages so Welsh/French/Spanish speakers would be ideal! (other languages also considered!)

There's also a spare bedroom so we can negotiate having friends/family to stay etc
