We are looking for a female housemate to join our houseshare in Roath.

1 double room available in a bright and airy house with 2 female housemates. Room is furnished with double bed, one bedside cabinet, and built-in shelving. Wardrobe is on the landing, just outside the bedroom.

Great location, just a short walk to local amenities on Albany and Wellfield Rds, and Roath Recreation Ground. The house has a large kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and dining table and chairs. Bright and cosy living room with bay window. Decked garden (a real sun-trap!) with washing line. On-street parking with mixture of permit and non-permit spaces.

Current housemates are a professional working in advertising, and a classical musician. Classical musician practises and teaches a lot at home, so this may not suit someone who works from home and is on calls.

We are pretty chilled, and like to socialise together in the house and at the pub! We are looking for someone who is equally sociable, clean and tidy.
