Double room to rent in Pontcanna

I’m looking for another girl to join me in my 2 bed flat in Pontcanna. I have furnished the flat entirely, so everything here would be yours to use as well and the available room comes furnished with a king size bed and a wardrobe. Our landlord is great and has let us paint our rooms, hang things up and do what we want to them really.

The flat is in the gorgeous area of Pontcanna and we really do have a great deal. Rent for your room would be £425pcm and bills usually work out around £210 (this can fluctuate slightly depending on energy and water usage) so around £635 pcm all in. The flat is a 2 min walk to the park and is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, with a co op across the road as well.

The street we live on is very quiet and very safe and although there isn’t a set parking space, there would be a parking permit available to buy and parking has never been an issue for either of us.

I’m looking to live with a likeminded person who sees the flat as a home and a place of rest. I love going out for dinner or wine and cocktails with my friends on the weekends and would love to do that with a new flat mate as well.
