🏠Due to personal reasons, I’m subletting my studio at The Fitzalan from now to 31/8/2025. This is a fantastic apartment with a spacious layout（around 22 square meters）complete with a private bathroom and kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, and refrigerator.
🏠The apartment has plenty of storage space, including a large wardrobe, and there’s a big, sunny window facing the sunlit side—a choice I made specifically for great natural light. The building includes an elevator and offers great amenities, like a free gym, cinema room, and music room. There is also a garden inside the apartment that can be used for student gatherings, leisure or smoking, as well as a barbecue area. I truly love this space!

grocery stores, and shopping streets—everything you need is close by.
