A single bedroom in a friendly home

I am a female mature student and gardener who lives with her older daughter and two beautiful dogs. I am offering the use of a single bedroom that has wardrobe and chest of drawers use and a desk, there is also internet access. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a single toilet downstairs. There is a front and back garden and there are shops very close by including a large supermarket, close proximity to heath hospital and Cardiff met university. Local bus route to town and a lovely 25 min walk to the city centre along the riverfront.
Ideal for visiting students or professionals staying for a short time. Use of the kitchen is allowed as well as the living room. Must be ok with dogs, although they are confined to the downstairs area.
