We have a room available in a welcoming house share just a few minutes’ walk from Roath Park and Roath Lake. The house is on a quiet street close to Wellfield Road, where you’ll find small shops, local cafes, and a library. Buses to town run every 10 minutes, making it easy to get around.

About the House:

• Relaxed and friendly, shared by professionals in their late 20’s & 30’s. Everyone respects each other’s space and helps each other out :)

• We also have a garden, which is a great spot in the summer for relaxing!
• Bills are approximately £200 per person each month, may be slightly more over the winter
