Looking for housemate from Dec!

Hi there!

I'm looking for 1 person to take over my tenancy as I'm off to travel to Australia!

The house has three floors, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a separate living room. Outside there's a small garden, a large shed and a conservatory room for the washing machine and dryer.

You're also just a 2-minute walk from a park and plenty of shops, independent cafes and restaurants.

The available room (pictured) is on the ground floor, with no one else on the same floor, so you'd have plenty of privacy.

Bills are approx £105pm each so this and rent will be around £525pm each. The landlord is a private landlord and super responsive/easygoing. He's also said that if at the end of the tenancy (in June) you'd all like to extend the contract, we're welcome to do so.

As for the housemates, they're all very friendly and easygoing and some of us even met through spareroom/overheard before getting houseshares together!

We love a night out together, cosy movie night, meals out, etc etc so the girls would love for our new housemate to join in on whatever they’re up for!
