Big, bright room in lovely large house (with dog!)

Hi!

I have a large, south facing bedroom available in a spacious and comfortable home, just off Whitchurch Road.

I’m looking for a quiet, friendly, professional person, who will treat the house as they would their own home. Must love dogs (I have one – Pippin, a loving bischon-yorkie who loves to play and cuddle!), have an excellent standard of cleanliness and self-sufficiency.

There is a shared bathroom plus a WC downstairs. Two big living spaces so no need to share downtime necessarily. The bedroom is large, quiet and south-facing, overlooking the garden.

High-speed broadband is networked throughout the house. I work from home in the office most days, but there is plenty of room for you to work from home also without interruption.

There is a mix of permit and non-permit parking on the street, and plenty of public transport nearby – a walk into town takes 30mins.
Non-smokers only, sorry.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
