My flatmate is leaving!

I am a male recent Master's graduate working in Cardiff originally from India.
My housemate has to return home for family reasons so we're looking for someone to replace her - we'll probably negotiate a new contract with the landlord.

Rent share with bills (water, gas, electric, Internet and Council Tax you'll be looking at about £500 a month.

I'm keen to find the right person to join me - you need to be working full time and prepared to live together as friends rather than a stranger in the other room! I'm really clean and tidy and want someone similar.

Its a 2 bed ground floor flat, remarkably big and quiet considering its on North Road. ( 10 minutes walk down to Cardiff Castle) we have space for a bicycle if you need, or there may be a possibility of a car parking space (maybe!) Its ideal if you work in town - you don't really need transport!
