I am moving out of my flat on 06/12/2024 for work purposes, and looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement as the other joint contract holder

You will be having the master bedroom which is quite spacious to fit in a large chest drawer, 3 door wardrobe, a double/king size bed and a desk, still got space to walk in the bedroom!

The bedroom will be unfurnished although, the livingroom will be furnished including shared TV, kitchen comes with all white goods except dishwasher including a kettle and a toaster.

You will be sharing the flat with 1 person who is a 29 year old male professional, he is a very clean and tidy person, and works between 9-5 on weekdays, also very quiet person , have no issues with him at all.

The property is on the groundfloor with an access towards a private garden near the front door and a bigger communal garden on the back of the dwelling.

Rent is £575 each, council tax band C, gas heating, electric oven, please contact for more details, can send over a video of the whole house as well
