Room to rent in a stunning property in Roath to take over my tenancy from the 1st Jan - 31st July. The property is in a great location just a 5 minute walk away from Roath park and a short walking distance to Heath Hospital making it an ideal location for students/working professionals based at the hospital. There is a large driveway at the property as well as lots of parking on the road outside which makes it ideal for anyone with a car.

The property is large, spacious and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There is a shared lounge and dining room area so lots of space availible. I currently share the property with one other female working professional who I have thoroughly enjoyed living with, the household is very chilled out and friendly and I will be very sad to be leaving.

The room is spacious with lots of built in wardrobe space and a shared bathroom. All bills are Included in the price of the room including council tax, TV license and Wifi.

I am looking for the right person to take over my tenancy as my housemate/home owner is really one of the most kind and friendliest people I have ever met, and she deserves someone equally as lovely to live with.

(please note the desk, mirror and side table are my own pieces of furniture and will be coming with me, but the furniture from the original listing photo will be put back into the room)
