Quiet street with on-street parking. Short walk to Whitchurch road with shops, restaurants and coffee spots. 10 minute walk to UHW Hospital so convenient for medical students / healthcare professionals. Also good road access to the M4 and A48.

You'd be living with a young professional working in Swansea during the weekday. During my spare time, I like to travel / read / cycle / cook. I'm looking for a friendly and tidy housemate.
