We’re looking for a new housemate! Current housemates are two young professional women. Ruth, 28 and Gwenno, 25 😀 We both work Monday to Friday and split our time working from home and from the office
The room on offer is a double room and is unfurnished. There is a lounge, dining room and large kitchen. There is one bathroom with bath/shower and a single toilet downstairs. There is a garden at the back of the house. There is street permit parking available.
We enjoy spending time together and socialising but also appreciate our own space. We enjoy outdoor activities and going out for dinner/drinks! The house has a cozy vibe and is a five minute walk from Tesco and Coop. City centre is a half hour walk and there are lots of amenities nearby!
The room is £600 a month which includes all bills. The room would require a £300 deposit. Please note, the room is unfurnished however the rest of the house is furnished including all kitchen utensils (however you are welcome to bring your own)
