Spacious double-bedroom in a shared house.

The room available is the master bedroom upstairs at the front of the property. The room has great natural light, and is mostly-furnished (desk, chair, sofa, wardrobe, coffee table, and double-mattress have been left by the previous tenant) but you would need to get a bed if you wanted one.

There is a large communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, airfryer, dining table, washing machine etc, which leads to a small garden at the back of the property. The living room at the front is of course also communal, with two sofas and a large screen TV for everyone to use. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and there is a small guest room on the middle floor at the back of the property.

The house is located in the heart of Canton, just off Cowbridge Road with many shops/restaurants/takeaways nearby, and very good transport links to the city centre (5-10mins on bus/20-25min walk).

The house is currently occupied by two male professionals, one from the UK and one from India. We are looking for someone to come in and get on the contract with us as our previous housemate had to go back home to Brazil at short notice. The current contract runs until September, but the opportunity would be there to extend beyond that. References (employment, previous landlord, credit check) will be required by the letting agents.

Council tax and all other monthly bills are split evenly between tenants.
