Location: On the border between Cathays and Roath, 5 minutes from Albany Road and City Road, 10 minutes from Wellfield Road and Roath gardens/rec, 20 minutes walk to Cathays train station and 25/30 minutes walk to Cardiff Queen Street Station.
Parking: I don't recommend this property for car owners or bike owners/cyclists. Parking permits are available but it is extremely difficult to find a parking space in the area. The flat is an upstairs flat with narrow hallways therefore there is no room to store a bike.
Communal areas:
- Small kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and microwave. No dishwasher or tumble dryer (there is a good launderette on Albany Road which is open 7 days a week).
- Small bathroom with shower over bath.
- Spacious living/dining area with 4 seater dining table, large sofa, armchair, coffee table and storage cupboard.

No water meter, water is around £50 p/m for the whole property
Broadband and basic television package provided by Virgin Media for £30 p/m
