Looking to a lodger to live in my 2 bedroom house in Fairwater, Cardiff. Lovely quiet area within easy walking distance of Waun-Gron-Park train station as well as good bus links to the city centre. On street parking readily available.

This two bedroom house is fully furnished whilst both the kitchen and the bathroom have been renovated within the past year. I am sociable and enjoy sports & comedy, looking for someone likeminded. I spend several nights a week at my partner’s house and work full time. I like to keep the house looking tidy and would expect the same from someone living with me.

Rent includes all bills, ideally looking for a long-term tenant.
