This is a double room (dimensions approx 2.4m x 3.3m) upstairs at the back of the house. The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Please note, there is no desk or space for one so this will not suit home workers.

Rent: £550 pcm paid in advance (this includes water, council tax (band E), fast broadband, tv license, gas and electricity, and cleaner for the communal areas 2x per month).

Deposit is £500, held in a deposit protection scheme.

The house: Two bathrooms - one on each floor; modern kitchen with two fridge freezers, gas hob/oven and lots of equipment; lounge with dining table; TV, and a back yard with a washing line and shed. You are welcome to use the shed for bike storage if necessary.

The house is friendly, quiet and kept clean, with working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s (two male and one female).

Would suit young professionals or post-graduate students.

The house is managed by myself and my partner. We live locally and generally are able to respond to any issues in the house usually very quickly. I am a registered landlord and the house is a licensed HMO.
