**The Right Lodger**
I’m looking for a responsible, considerate, and mindful adult to share my home with me and my pets—a shy dog and some friendly cats. My home is very important to me, as are my pets, so it’s essential that you’re someone who values a peaceful and caring environment. My dog can be easily startled, so a quiet and calm personality is a must.

I would love to find someone who is either vegan or ready to adopt a plant-based lifestyle while living here. I also run an environmentally conscious household, so conserving energy, reducing waste, and respecting resources is part of daily life here.


**The Room**
A comfortable and fully furnished double room is available upstairs. The room includes a wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, desk, and chair. It features a double bed with ample storage underneath for crates or boxes, topped with a high-quality mattress and a cozy mattress topper for extra comfort.

The room overlooks the back garden, providing a peaceful setting with lovely evening light. Measuring approximately 3.25m x 2.66m, it’s a medium-sized room that offers a quiet and relaxing space.

**The House**
This is a charming, slightly bohemian 3-bedroom terraced house with plenty of original features like high ceilings, mosaic tiled floors, and fireplaces. It’s a clean, tidy, and homely space with a lovely garden in the back.

Shared spaces include two reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. I don’t smoke indoors, but you’re welcome to smoke in the garden.

**The Location**
Located on Moorland Road in Splott:
- 5-minute drive to Cardiff city centre or the Bay
- 30-minute walk to town
- Unrestricted parking
- Bus stops nearby
- Easy access to the A48 and M4

The area is great, with parks close by, a local nature reserve a couple of miles away, and lots of convenient shops (Nisa, Coop) and takeaways nearby.

**About Me**
I’m a live-in landlady (F49) with a background in support work for adults with learning disabilities. My interests include gardening, cooking, music, hiking, art, and exploring creativity in all forms. I’m friendly and supportive, but I also respect personal space and privacy. My home is a relaxed and nurturing environment, and I’d like to find someone who appreciates and adds to that energy.
