1 Bedroom with own Bathroom

I am looking for someone to take over my current tenancy on Bradley Street in Splott, as i will be moving abroad.

The room is a double room situated on the 1st floor and includes your own bathroom and hall way. There is also a kitchen and living room, both shared with the current tenant (M 26) on the first floor! Current tenant is a lively 26 year old male who loves going to the gym (a bit of a gym rat), loves socialising and a good rave! That being said he is a really chill housemate who is respectful with noise and communal areas! All bills go through him so the 567£ is transferred to him every 14th of the month. This includes water electricity and wifi!

Note the room is unfurnished, therefore only includes the bed and mattress. Which is a huge pain, HOWEVER, for a small cost you can buy some of the furniture of me, so it saves having to furnish the room. See pictures for prices :)
