Hello! I’m looking for someone to replace me in this tenancy on Moy Road

The house is a 3 bed with two lovely professionals/musicians with a large garden/patio outside.

Rent is £415 and bills are £120-140 PM

I want to be moved out by January 20th so please only message if you know you can move in around this time. The end of January is accepted.

The room has double bed, wardrobe and 2x chest of drawers. With a view out to garden it’s a quiet place to study, chill etc. students, professionals all welcome !

Pets are allowed with written confirmation to landlord and a small fee in case of damages etc.
