Looking for a tenancy replacement at Clodien house

Due to personal reasons I had to move out of Cardiff and do not meet the contract cancellation requirements. Therefore, looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

This is a student accommodation and you have to be a Cardiff University student to take over the tenancy.

The tenancy runs from now until the 9th of July (5 months) - the length of stay cannot be shortened or made longer.

There would be two payment instalments (as I have already paid for the first semester).
21/01/25 - £2,770.83
23/05/25 - £1,385.41

All the bills like electricity, water, gas, WiFi, etc… are included - you do not need to pay separately for these!

On the Cardiff and Unite Students website this is the standard en-suite bedroom.

THE ROOM
3/4 double bed + bedside table
A large desk with a multitude of storage drawers and cabinets
A window
A standard size closet
Full length mirror
Bathroom + sink + shower + mirror
Hanging hooks (for coats etc…)

THE KITCHEN
Two standard size sofas
Induction stove
Oven
Sink
Breakfast bar + stools
Microwave
Fridge
Storage space
Cooking extractor/hood

The facilities also include:
Bike storage
All inclusive utility bills
Onsite laundry (washer and dryer)
On site maintenance
On site management (24 hour reception)
Secure access (gate + secluded from public access)
