Whole house available! Perfect for couple

I am looking to rent out my whole house (2 bed) while I am moving to London.

You will have the house almost entirely to yourself.

There will be the occassional time i need to pop by to pick something up and a couple of times i may need to stay in the spare room in March when im working in Cardiff.

However, I will be in London almost permanently and if all goes well there will be options to extend beyond 6 months or longer should i secure permanent job.

The house is in. great neighbourhood green, bus stop is 1 minute walk and number 11 straight into town or its an easy alk or cycle when the weather is nice.

First time doing something like this so price is negotiable I am just basing it on previous conversation with letting agent. Council Tax is C.
