Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my ensuite room in Adam Street Gardens. If taken over, you can move in anytime from now until May - which is when your single instalment needs to be paid - and can live there until July 18th. All bills are included such as heating, internet, water, etc.

The room has a double bed, desk with office chair, wardrobe and tons of storage space including shelves and under-bed storage as well. See pictures for proof of this. Flatmates are lovely, talkative and easy to get along with.
