Double room near hospital

Double room on first floor available. Close to hospital and near large parks. About 10 minutes into town on the bus or taxi. But plenty of local bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Modern bathroom and large kitchen diner. Large lounge with 65 inch tv and very fast internet. We have a medium sized garden and parking is available by permit as currently we are only using one permit.

We have two large dogs who are friendly. They will bark if someone knocks on the door. But will then cry to say hello. But it’s only suitable for dog lovers. We already have two so are not looking to take on any more dogs right now. Sorry.

Alex works in construction and is 32 originally from London. Sam is an industrial electrical engineer. We are social and enjoy sports and going out for a drink. Ideally we are looking for someone who is also clean and would enjoy similar stuff.
