Hi, my name is Samuel, and I am currently looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to rent a room in a 2-bedroom apartment at 40 Richmond Road to move in ASAP.

Currently, I am working part-time and studying at Cardiff University and always down for a good plan out and about. The house is very cosy and convenient, city centre being a 5-minute walk from the flat.

The bedroom advertised is the largest of both rooms, with a shared bathroom cleaned once a week. It has a spacious kitchen with one fridge, gas cooktop, oven, sink, washing machine and other amenities.

The wifi, gas & electricity, water and council tax are included. Rent is done through Coozee agency. The house comply with legislation, including deposit protection schemes, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire blanket.
