An older lady with reduced mobility and some short-term memory loss is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also like some general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, cooking a few meals each week, light cleaning and tidying, carrying heavier items, finding things, prompts and reminders and ad hoc other practical help and errands as may be useful.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and living space in a spacious house.

The property is in a lovely residential location, close to green spaces and an easy walk (or just 10 mins by bus) to Cardiff city centre.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
