Double available on short term basis

Double room available to rent on a short term rolling basis. All bills and broadband included. I live in a two bed flat and this room has it's own bathroom.

The reason for short term rolling basis is because that is the contract I have with the landlady for the flat. I work as a contractor and I also want the flexibility that if in case I have to leave the flat for any reason, I am not tied up in a long contract. Still, if you are ok with a monthly rolling basis, I would give you a month's notice. (I cannot give you a six month or longer contract. It may be the case that the room and flat actually does remain available for long term however we have to be ok with a month's notice) Thank you
