One good sized double room, in a 3 bedroomed house is available. Furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside table and built in storage.

£630 a month, including bills.
Current household is myself, Catherine and Lily the dog.
We’re hoping for a housemate that will want to spend some time together in the communal spaces, have some drinks, watch a film etc. but is also respectful of each other's space and privacy. Hopefully a dog lover that will enjoy spending time with Lils too.

Communal spaces include; living room, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and garden.

The area...
The house is close to some local shops, you can also walk into Fairwater and Llandaff for a wider selection of shops, cafes and pubs.
It is just a 5-10 minute walk to Fairwater train station, which makes for an easy commute into Cardiff.
The Dell, park in Fairwater is at the bottom of the road.
