Double Room in Cardiff

I have fully furnished double bedroom available in Cardiff (CF24) – just a few minutes by bus or car to Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay, with excellent transport links.

You’ll be living with two housemates (kind of):

- 1 live-in housemate (27, male): a quiet, friendly guy who works full-time (hybrid, three days a week from home). Great company, mixes amazing drinks, brews fantastic coffee, and is an absolute weapon in the kitchen. Outdoorsy type who enjoys surfing, running and music events – and wouldn’t mind living with someone who has similar interests.

- 1 live-out housemate (37, male): that’s me – I own the place and live in London but love Cardiff. I’m usually around at weekends and stay in a self-contained studio on the side of the property. I use the kitchen when I’m down. If I’m not cooking I’m either chilling with the other housemate, my cat or both. My interests include soending way too much time on Fortnite, going going to gigs or seeing live standup.

- One very chilled cat – so you’ll need to be cat-friendly (not suitable for anyone allergic or not into cats).

- Rent: £600 per month (bills not included, usually around £120)
