Double Room Available In A Modern House

We have a double room available in our rental house from February, as one of our housemates is moving out. The three of us who are staying are all female's working close by at the hospital, as a result we would prefer for another female to join us.

The tenancy is managed by a local letting agent, who will need to carry out reference checks to add you to the new rental agreement starting in February . The landlord also requires a guarantor.

The property is located right on the doorstep of the local bus routes into the centre of Cardiff, and a Co-Op is right opposite.

All bills will be split evenly between the 4 of us including the council tax.
