I live in the attic conversion with its own bathroom, which means you essentially have the run over the 1st floor. Which includes a very large double bedroom at the front of the house, living room and bathroom to yourself. It's extremely quiet and peaceful and you get a lot of privacy from being on your own floor.
The bedroom is offered unfurnished, but happy to help you sort stuff out.
