A large, furnished, bay window bedroom is available to let on a monthly lodging basis at my property in Heath/Birchgrove very close to UHW and the University Campuses in Cardiff. The room is offered on a strictly single occupancy only basis. The property is occupied as a main residence by the owner.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and wi-fi

The room is on the first floor to the front of the property and has a king-size bed with new mattress, and has recently undergone substantial refurbishment and decoration. In addition to the usual bedroom furniture there is also study/work space with a desk and chair.

The centrally heated property is generously proportioned with 2 separate downstairs reception rooms plus a separate dining room, modern kitchen and bathroom. There are modern laundry facilities with ample drying space, all of which are offered on a shared basis. There is also a large covered external patio area and garden and easy access secure cycle storage if required. Unrestricted on street parking is available, subject to daily resident demand.

Please be aware the owner has a dog also living in the house.
