Furnished room for let (Until june 30th 2025)

Pls note : Room is only available untill end of june 2025

I am leaving the house and need someone to takeover for a couple of months as contract runs out end of june.

The remaining tenants are 2 working professionals and masters student at Cardiff University all of whom are a sociable bunch. Generally its a very quiet household where privacy and well being of each individual is respected.

Location wise it is very well connected. Everything one could possibly need can be found of Crwys road which is literally 2 minutes away. It's a 20 minute walk to the City Center and 10 minutes walk to Cathays station so overall well connected through out the city. Rent is excluding bills and council tax.

Overall for the quality of the build and location, it is a great place to stay. Kindly contact if interested.
