My flat mate is moving out at the beginning of July, so I'm looking for someone to take over her share of the tenancy. I'm looking for someone tidy and friendly to share the space with. The flat is in the centre of Cardiff in a great location. There is a parking space for our flat in the garage which you would be welcome to, also two visitor spaces for guests. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a matress (if needed). You will also have your own en-suite. The flat has a spacious communal area and multiple outdoor spaces including a rooftop terrace. The rent is £500 a month not including bills. Give me a shout if you want to arrange a viewing!
