Hello everyone, I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Cambrian Point from the 25th of May till the 12th of September. (Can also be after the 25th of May)

The room is £149 a week (£596 a month) and includes an en-suite and all bills included. The room includes a large desk, wardrobe, doubled bed and is fully furnished including the bathroom. The flat is shared amongst 4 others and included in the contract is access to a study room, laundry room, games room complete with a PS5 and pool table, free bike storage and access to vending machines and parcel room.

The building is close to many stores and the city centre, including most university’s including Cardiff University.

There is a maintenance team who’ll fix any problems you may have during your stay here and are available 24/7.

Currently to book this same room without my tenancy contract it would be £165+ a week, so with my tenancy you will get a great discount. Also this tenancy takeover will require no deposit.
