The house has full modern amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), sunny rear garden, on-street parking (dead end street - no through traffic) and two resident felines 🐈. Great transport links to centre and M4. 5 min walk to shops, trains and buses, less than 10 mins on the train into centre.

I'm a 28 year old Scientist who enjoys music, crafts, socialising, reading and self-care. I also bloody love cats. I'm conscientious, responsible and easy to get along with. Not a neat/clean freak, but not a total slob either - love chilling in a nice clean tidy place when I can but also LIFE 😅 Looking for someone likeminded who also enjoys a good chat ☕

The room will become available at 4 weeks notice between now and the end of November Current tenant is a friend whose contract ends then but is looking for a more permanent place and we have agreed if she finds somewhere, she can give 4 weeks notice). Would therefore suit someone who is not in an immediate rush and can be flexible.
