We have two lovely double bedrooms available in our house share in Adamsdown with the new contract ideally starting on 1st July. They are the two rooms on the ground floor.
I am sadly moving out after being here for 2.5 years due to relocating after finding a new job. My housemate is also relocating.
The house is well maintained and the landlord is quick to fix issues. They live locally so are very efficient. We had a new gas cooker installed last month and the washing machine is just 2 years old. The garden was sorted last summer and is maintained/mowed by the cleaner who visits weekly. She also cleans the communal areas, and will happily hoover your room if you message her in the WhatsApp group!
The two rooms come with a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobes (mine being new from this year), and chest of drawers.
The kitchen comes with personal storage spaces for each tenant, and shared storage. It also has a table with 4 stools. Also a large American style fridge/freezer.
The bathroom features a deep freestanding bath with a rainfall shower.
The shared living room is upstairs with a TV, some shelves and a sofa. Ideal for movie nights!
The tenant remaining in the house will be Ava. She's a professional working in the City Centre. We get on really well as a house, and I'm sure whoever moves in will get on well!
Bills are separate and come to around £100 each. They are sorted between the tenants (Gas/Electric, Water, Council Tax, and Internet).
The landlord will require a payment of one month's rent, plus a deposit of one month's rent.
