Renting my place from the start of November 2026 to end of September 2027.

It's a 2 bed house in Thornhill, just recently been renovated with all new kitchen, bathroom and appliances. As you can see from the photos, the second room is set up as a home office with a sofa bed, so not suitable for a permanent tenant.

The house is in the middle of a small terrace of 3 in a quiet neighbourhood. You will have the whole place to yourself, including the garden at the back. It's got uPVC windows all round and the roof is insulated, doesn't cost much to heat. EPC rating is C. Council Tax band is D.

There's 2 parking spaces and the house is a 10 minute walk to the train station which runs a regular service into town. Buses stop at the bottom of the hill, about a 5 minute walk.

I will be letting the property fully furnished including the TV, speakers, games console, etc. Can discuss removing smaller items if you need but the bigger items will have to stay.

Ideally looking for a masters/PhD student or young professional, couples considered also. I will be selling property when my mortgage is up at the end of September 2027, hence the 11 month term.
