Rent - £490 each without bills
Council Tax - £57.30 each
Water - £13 each
WiFi - £12.30 each
Electricity - pay as you go approximately and maximum of £50 each per month
Gas - pay as you go approximately and maximum of £50 each per month
Total expenses are approximately £646. This is the maximum it could be since the estimated gas and electric is the highest possible cost.
