Bedroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom house

A bedroom available to rent in a 4 bedroom house in CF24. Room measures approximately 2.8m x 3.5m.

The house is fully furnished, with a small back garden. Current housemates are myself, (40yo male professional) and Charlotte (27 yo female professional). My 16 year old son also stays here during the week for school. I also occasionally babysit my nephew or one of my godchildren overnight. Usually not more than once a month. For that reason, please don't apply if you are not happy being around kids on occasion. All are very well behaved, especially my son.

Our household is very open minded, tidy and considerate. We like to arrange the odd movie night or house meal. We like to have a little natter and catch up through the week, but of course respect each other's space.

We are both in the office most days. I am in the gym several evenings a week and then relaxing at home for the night. My son is in school, his room or at his gf's.

It is a clean, tidy, respectful and relaxed household. Not looking for any party animals. Smoke free and drug free household. Sadly pets aren't allowed by the landlord. Hoping to find a similar vibe.

I mostly relax with music, a movie or video game in the evening. But I do also like a chat with my housemates. My son and I also play a little guitar, but at respectful times and volumes. Charlotte is often working, socialising and doing other after work activities.

There is also a large kitchen with a big tv for an additional social space, as well as the shared lounge. There is 1 bathroom, so we coordinate what times we will need in the morning.

Kitchen/dining room has a kettle, oven, washer, dryer, air fryer and most other kitchen amenities. There is also storage in the attic and shed.

We are looking for someone we can socialise with and make a part of the household, who is tidy, clean and respectful. Also someone we all feel comfortable bringing in. Please don't be offended if we don't reply.
