The property consists of the downstairs of a house and is shared between two people. The circumstances have led me to leave and need to find someone else to cover. It is a 15-minute walk from the main Cardiff University campus. it has a garden with furniture. Bills are around £60-70 a month as they are split—any students who are looking for a place for 2025/2026 till July 1st. The landlord is charming and will help with any problems.
