Due to an unforeseen university transfer, I am looking for a tenancy takeover.
My housemates are 5 lovely, social girls who are clean, respectful and love to make new friends!

Lovely parks such as roath lake and Bute park on the doorstep and a 15 minute walk from the city centre! Perfect for students.
The room is separate from the rest of the bedrooms, having a floor to yourself provides privacy and a quiet area to study and unwind, but the open living area downstairs creates a perfect social space!
