Female lodger for a room to rent in a newly refurbished house in Llanedeyrn, 3 minutes walk from the NIAC entrance of Cardiff Metropolitan University Cyncoed Campus. Easy walk/bus ride to Cardiff Uni Cathays Campus/Cardiff City Centre. 5 minutes drive from M4.

The house was refurbished last summer to a very good standard. It's in a quiet residential area, a very short walk from 57/58 bus route.

Strictly Non-smoking and no-vaping.

The other occupier is my daughter, a student at Cardiff University who is also an athlete who trains at NIAC. She is looking for a quiet housemate, as she studies at home. She's not keen on overnight guests or frequent visitors. Mostlyshe meets friends out rather than at home.

The room to let is 3m x 4m with small double (120cm) bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and office chair.

Shared bathroom (loo, basin, bath with electric shower over it), separate downstairs loo. Newly fitted kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and washing machine. Separate dining room and spacious lounge. Garden.

No electric bike or e-scooter to be kept at home because of fire risk.

There is a garage that can take a small car, or assigned on street car parking space available. Towels and bedding are available, and there is shared use of crockery, kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment.

Available from 1st March 2026

£675 per calendar month including:

- TV licence.

Proof of student council tax exemption will be required for students.

Council tax of £75 pcm will be payable for a non-student, as it is not included in the rent.
