The room to let is 3m x 4m with small double (120cm) bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and office chair.

Shared bathroom (loo, basin, bath with electric shower over it), separate downstairs loo. Newly fitted kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and washing machine. Separate dining room and spacious lounge. Garden.

No electric bike or e-scooter to be kept at the premises because of fire risk.

Assigned on street car parking space available. Towels and bedding available, shared use of crockery and kitchen equipment.

Proof of student council tax exemption will be required for students.

Would consider letting to a young professional woman, but council tax will be payable, as it is not included in the rent.
