Room to let in picturesque street by Roath Park

I have a room to rent in my flat - and looking for a flatmate. The room comes unfurnished however I can provide a memory foam mattress and a chest of drawers, you would need to source a bed frame. The price includes all bills.

I have a pet cat so hope that’s not a problem. The property comprises the upper two floors of a large Victorian terrace house, the room for rent is pictured - and also a large kitchen, large living room, shared study/workspace (I work from home mostly). As I have an en suite in my room, the downstairs bathroom would be mostly yours. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and decorated. The landlord is very okay with redecorating too - as I have done to most of the rest of the flat, so if this is something you wanted to do I’d be happy to help.
