Double Bedroom in Splott (Loft)

Hi! I'm moving out at the end of September and are looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Loft Double Bedroom on the second floor of a large house in Splott. 8 minute walk to Newport Road where multiple buses take you into the town centre. 2 minute walk to alternative bus stops that also take you into the town centre. The room comes with a very large white Ikea desk and small red table lamp (currently in storage), clothes rail, mirror, set of ikea drawers (all in the photos), and a comfy double bed. There's a washer and dryer in the house, large living room and a really beautiful wooden decked back garden. Bills are not included but are approximately £100 per month for wifi, electricity, gas, water and council tax. There is a £600 deposit and a £150 holding fee which will be deducted from the first months rent.
