Large furnished double room, (much bigger than the pic but I don't have better pics yet sorry)
Large kitchen with dining table, one living room (currently used for WFH 2 days a week), and one bathroom. Medium sized garden, with patio & lawn, and lots of potted plants and herbs.
We’re a friendly house of 'not-quite-so-young' professionals. We spend some time together socially, and we cook for each other occasionally. We sometimes entertain friends, but we are generally a quiet household. One household member has a handsome and well-behaved cat.
Our collective interests include walking/hiking, yoga, board games & DnD, gardening, music & gigs, films & TV, science & nature, video games and more.
We’re looking for someone relaxed, with some similar interests (and who perhaps doesn’t mind feeding the cat very occasionally?)
There are many shops, restaurants and takeaways very close by.
There is some non-permit parking on the street, and there will be the second residents' permit available.
Council tax band E
Bills combined (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax) come to around £125 each. (Council tax band E)
We would prefer a female tenant to keep the house balanced, as we currently have two males and a female, but please don't be put off, this isn't an absolute rule!
