This is a double room in a 2-bedroom apartment, shared with a lovely mid-30s married couple who are very kind, friendly, respectful, tidy, and keep to themselves. Honestly, couldn't ask more from them!

Always chill in their room when home, so the shared living room is all yours! They only ever in the living space to cook in the kitchen.

They work 10 - 8pm on weekdays, so the flat will be all yours then as well!

Couples or singles welcome!

We think the space would be most suited for a lovely couple like us due to the price! But one person is fine as well!

We'll pay the wifi, water and council tax.

We ask you to pay half just the electric bill, which is approx £75 - £90 per month
