I'm leaving this houseshare for work. House is lovely, on Severn Grove right in the heart of Pontcanna. There's a shared living room and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, decking and small garden!
The available room is on the 3rd Floor. Has a huge amount of storage. Rent is £500, with about £160 Bills on top for Energy, Council Tax, and Wifi.
We have a huge living space with a skylight and huge TV.
There's plenty of places to eat and loads of great pubs (Pipes, Robin Hood, Crafty Devils etc). We have huge parks a minutes walk from the house, as well as a Gym and a Squash club. There’s also a Coop on our doorstep!
We're looking for a young professional to move in.
We're a sociable and active house who enjoy watching sport, Football, F1, Tennis (whatever is on really), keeping active, mainly CrossFit and Running, as well as cooking or having a few drinks!
Looking for someone sociable, active but also considerate and tidy!
