There will be 5 other flatmates from various different degrees (all are currently first year students who will start their second year in Sep 2023). All are sociable and helpful in any case with no attitude problem whatsoever. Im looking for someone to replace me as I am moving out due to medical reasons.

Weekly rent is estimated to be around £135.80 and the monthly rent is an estimated £543.15. Deposit of £250 will be returned at the end of the tenancy.

Rent includes costs of bills and council tax is not included.
