We are 2 young professionals looking for 2 friendly and sociable housemates to replace our current housemates who are looking to leave around mid October - November. The landlord is looking for a year-long contract for the house.

We have 2 rooms available in 4 bedroom house - 1 on ground floor, 1 on 2nd floor with built in closet in Birchgrove, near the Train Station with good links to the city centre. The house comes with a shared kitchen-dining room, a living room and a study/office with 2 parking spaces. The house has a washer-dryer and dishwasher.

Bills are not included with the rent but usually comes to around £100 - £150 a month per person for power, water, council tax, internet etc. We both currently work from home partially and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a clean, tidy and quiet environment with a group of social housemates.
